In this batch we used the following casks;
40% 1st fill PX Quarter cask
40% 2nd fill Palo Cortado Octave (1st fill was blended bourbon for 9 months)
20% 2nd fill Oloroso Octave (1st fill was blended bourbon for 9 months)
After selecting these casks this batch was vatted in the PX Quarter cask and was matured for another 6 months before bottling.
